BOOKING DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

The time that it will take for your appointment has been reserved just for you, so we are keen to ensure that if you need to re-schedule, you give us at least 48 hour’s notice.

The booking deposit of 50% of the agreed fee is transferrable to a re-arranged time provided that 24 hour’s notice is given, otherwise it is not refundable.
As a courtesy, we will text your mobile phone prior to the appointment and ask that you confirm by return reply.
